Requests for a refund in writing must be made and postmarked and sent on or before 11:59 PM ET, June 3, 2016.
Requests may be emailed to: info@iptfonline.org or mailed to: The International Piano Teaching Foundation, PO Box 430, East Greenbush, NY 12061 before 12 AM ET, June 3, 2016.
There will be a 50% cancelation fee for all refunds.
All payments made after June 3, 2016 are non refundable.
